These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions under which EID SIM/eSIM (hereinafter referred to as "We," "us," or "Company") offers its SIM/eSIM services to customers. By purchasing a SIM/eSIM from onlineshop.hkeid.com, you agree that these Terms form a binding contract between you – our customer – and EID SIM/eSIM.

1. Nature of Services

HKEID.com provides travel SIM/eSIM profiles (the "SIM/eSIM") to travelers planning to visit China and other covered countries, enabling them to stay connected at their destination. The eSIM is provided in the form of a QR Code, not a physical SIM card, and is exclusively designed for eSIM-supported mobile devices as clearly listed on our website. The eSIM QR code is delivered via email immediately upon successful payment, incurring no shipping costs or transit time.

2. Fees and Charges

We offer a range of China and regional mobile data plans in the form of SIM/eSIMs. The fees for products and services on our website may be amended from time to time with prior notice. Our plans typically allow for a specific amount of data over a defined period. Some plans may include local phone numbers for receiving or making voice calls and SMS, subject to the specific conditions of each plan. Unless otherwise stated for a specific plan, you will not be billed any additional charges for data usage. Fees for the use of our Roaming Service commence as of the Payment Date.

3. Payment and Invoice Disputes

We accept payment methods as indicated on our website. We shall not be responsible for any bank charges (if any) arising from your payment for our products. In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to online shop.hkeid.com no later than 7 days prior to the payment due date on the disputed invoice. This statement must list all disputed items and provide a reasonably detailed description of each. Amounts not disputed within this timeframe or confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and must be paid within 7 days, notwithstanding disputes on other items. We are committed to resolving all disputes expeditiously and in good faith.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Before QR Code Delivery: You may cancel your order and payment without penalty before your eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email.

After QR Code Delivery: Once your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your payment. A refund will only be considered if there is an error or malfunction related to our eSIM that has been communicated to, but cannot be resolved by, our Support Team. 5. Fair Usage Policy for Data Communication

To maintain network quality and ensure fair usage of radio waves, the local mobile network provider in your destination country may, without prior notice, limit the communication volume for the line if a massive volume of data usage is identified. Due to this, the internet connection may become unstable, be lost, or the communication speed may decrease. In the event of such usage restrictions, the Company shall bear no responsibility, and the customer remains obligated to pay all applicable usage fees to the Company.

1. 服務性質

HKEID.COM 向計畫前往中國及其他覆蓋國家/地區的旅行者提供旅行 SIM/eSIM(“SIM/eSIM”)服務,使其在目的地保持網路連接。eSIM 以二維碼(QR Code)的形式提供,而非實體 SIM 卡,僅適用於我們網站上明確列出的支援 eSIM 的移動設備。支付成功後,eSIM 的二維碼將立即通過電子郵件發送,無需任何郵寄費用或運輸時間。

2. 費用與收費

我們網站提供多種適用於中國及周邊地區的移動資料計畫(SIM/eSIM)。產品和服務的費用可能會提前通知後不時變更。我們的套餐通常包含在特定時間段內可使用的指定資料流程量。部分套餐可能包含用於接聽或撥打電話及發送短信的本地電話號碼,具體視各套餐的條件而定。除非在特定套餐中另有說明,您將不會因數據使用而被收取額外費用。漫遊服務的費用從付款之日起開始計算。

3. 付款與發票爭議

我們接受網站上列出的付款方式。對於您支付過程中產生的銀行手續費(如有),我們概不負責。如您對發票有異議,需在該發票付款截止日期前不少於7天,向 onlineshop.hkeid.com提交書面說明。該說明應列出所有爭議項,並提供每項內容的合理詳細描述。未在上述期限內提出異議的金額,或經法院最終判決確認的金額,視為已被接受,必須在7天內支付,即使對其他項目仍存在爭議。我們承諾將快速並誠信地處理所有爭議。

4. 訂單取消與退款

二維碼發送前:在您的 eSIM 二維碼尚未發送至郵箱前,您可以取消訂單並申請退款,不收取任何費用。

二維碼發送後:一旦您的 eSIM 二維碼已發送至郵箱,您將無法取消付款。僅在因我們的 eSIM 出現錯誤或故障,並且在您聯繫支持團隊後仍無法解決的情況下,才會考慮退款申請。有關退款條件的詳細內容,請參閱我們專門的《取消與退款政策》。

5. 資料通信公平使用政策

為維護網路品質並確保無線資源的公平使用,您所在國家/地區的本地移動網路提供商可能在發現大量資料通信行為時,無需事先通知,即限制該線路的通信量。因此,可能會出現網路不穩定、中斷或通信速度下降的情況。若發生此類使用限制,我們不承擔任何責任,客戶仍有義務向本公司支付所有相關使用費用。
